1. Who we are
This website, www.omiksatechnologies.com, is operated by Omiksa Technologies LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Shams Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (trade licence 2647908) (“Omiksa Technologies”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why, and the choices you have.
This policy covers the website only. When we deliver software or services to a client, the handling of personal information is governed by our agreement with that client.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form. Your name, work email, and optionally your company and phone number, the topic you choose and your message. We also record the IP address the form was sent from, to help us filter spam.
- Emails and job applications. If you email us, including applying for a role through careers@omiksatechnologies.com, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your CV and contact details.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting server records technical information for each request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time.
- Analytics, only if you accept. If you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, time on page, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Preferences on your device. We store your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal information through the website.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to discuss, scope and deliver what you ask about.
- To consider job applications and contact applicants.
- To run, secure and troubleshoot the website, including detecting spam and abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it — only where you have accepted analytics cookies.
- To meet legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.
4. How we share it
We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above:
- Service providers who host the website, deliver our email and provide analytics, acting on our instructions.
- Omiksa Associates, our group company in India, where its team helps respond to or deliver your request.
- Authorities or advisers where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
- A successor, if all or part of our business is reorganised, merged or sold, under the same protections.
5. Cookies and analytics
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing is set for analytics until you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer; choosing “Decline” removes the analytics cookies we can reach from your browser.

6. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including the data protection laws of the United Arab Emirates and India, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent you have given;
- complain to a data protection authority.
To make a request, email sales@omiksatechnologies.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
7. International transfers
We operate from the UAE and India, and our hosting, email and analytics providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take steps to make sure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: for as long as the conversation or resulting work continues, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Server logs: for a limited period set by our hosting configuration, typically a few weeks.
- Analytics: according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics property.
We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to resolve disputes.
9. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it, and our systems are protected with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the website.
